OUR RETURN POLICY
Everything You Need to Know
If you receive an item and decide it's not what you had in mind, you can return it for a full refund within 7 days. The 7 day refund period begins on the day you receive the item.
All returned pieces must be in the same condition as was sent to you. No jewellery or gem-stone will be accepted for return if it is damaged, altered or worn.
We also offer a 30 day store credit exchange policy for any item in the store.
We proudly stand behind our pieces and work done by our team. If for any reason there is an issue with your piece, we will happily work with you to resolve and correct the issue.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
What You Need to Know
Most items will be shipped Priority or Express Mail, with tracking, signature, and insurance included.
Please allow a processing time of 3 - 5 business days (domestic), and 7 - 10 business days (international) for all regular shipments.
For custom made items, we have a 2-3 week processing time. After processing, shipped items should take 3 - 5 business days (domestic), and 7 - 10 business days (international) to arrive.
